# FIDES Innovation Hub: Mastering LLMs and Prompt Engineering > *Guiding social enterprises through the digital transition and the use of artificial intelligence.* <iframe src="https://link.excalidraw.com/readonly/GxG76yipsKQ5gmA35coQ" width="100%" height="500px" style="border: none;"></iframe> ## Context: The FIDES Foundation I had the pleasure of speaking at the Innovation Hub of the FIDES Foundation (Real Estate Foundation for the Development of Social Enterprises). This Geneva-based organization, located in Plan-les-Ouates, hosts numerous enterprises working in the social sector, such as the food bank, the Red Cross, and professional reintegration organizations. ## The AI Training Cycle My intervention was part of a comprehensive cycle of conferences, round tables, and workshops centered around artificial intelligence, organized by Tristan Broccard. This cycle was designed to address the questions and concerns of social workers and managers in these institutions, who have highly diverse levels of knowledge regarding AI. My training sessions were conducted in an interactive format of two 2-hour blocks. They focused on key aspects tailored to this audience: - **Introduction and Discovery:** Demystifying the "magic" behind LLMs and presenting the strengths and limitations of these tools. - **Prompt Engineering:** Practical exercises to learn how to structure effective queries and become more efficient in the daily use of these technologies. These training sessions aimed to assist these professionals with various tasks, such as improving communication with beneficiaries facing language barriers or helping structure applications for job searches. ## Resources and Useful Links You can find more information about the tools and the artificial intelligence cycle via the following links: - [AI Cycle - Tool Box (BAO)](https://pretotype.ch/cycle-ia/#BAO) - [Pretotype.ch](https://pretotype.ch/)
